Chicken Creamy Ginger Stake

Ingredients
-Chicken breast stake pieces (preferably Fillet).
- Salt (as per taste)
-Yellow Mustard (1-2 TbSP)
- Olive Oil (3-4 TbSP)
-Black pepper (Taste)
-Tarragon leaves (1-2 TeSP)
-Thyme (1 TeSP)
-Mixed Herbs (1 TeSP)
-Sumac Spice (1 TeSP)
-Ginger Garlic paste (2 TbSP)
-Soy Sauce (3-4 TbSP)
-Cream (100 ml)

Mix all these with chicken fillet and put them to marinate for about an hour.

Take them out in a dish and put them in the grill. Add some stem mushrooms, couple of garlic cloves and some dill to add taste and fragrance.
Add some olive oil on top and grill for 20-30 minutes until the mixture turns into a sauce and chicken is grilled. Using a toaster oven instead of pan yields a juicy stake since fire evaporates the water.

Did some more experimentation today. Added some cumin, peppermint, chopped mushrooms instead of stem mushrooms, some peppermint leaves, some pease, yellow and red bell peppers. Grilled it for 40 minutes the chicken grilled just fine but gravy needed some 10 more minutes until it evaporated the water completely and gave that solid texture
