Besides this, mostly 'sirf ik cigarette' is the starting point of almost majority of the chronic smokers in our society,
And ONCE... A person becomes a cigarette smoker, he is more liable to smoke other addictive toxic material too like 'Sheesha' etc or try out harmful drugs like heroine, cocaine etc.

Apart from Cardiovascular diseases, Cigarette smoking is also the MAJOR cause of majority of cancers in our body.
HOW Cigarette Smoking EFFECTS OUR HEART?

Cigarette smoke can also cause CVD by causing a disease called atherosclerosis in which the cholesterol and other material deposits on the walls of arteries which are the the major blood vessels that carry blood from your heart to your body.

This cholesterol deposition reduces the arterial cavity size causing more difficulty for blood cells to pass through them.
These cholesterol deposits can even break n block major vessels causing damage to the respective organ which it supplies, resulting in heart attack, stroke, kidney damage etc.
How Can You Protect Your Heart?
The best way to safeguard your heart is to simply never smoke cigarettes, besides ONE must always know how to SAY NO! to cigarettes or any harmful thing when suggested or offered.

But,if you are a smoker, the earlier you are able to quit, the better.
